Q: Will the monthly lease ever increase?
A: I think you are asking if we plan to increase YOUR lease fee later and the answer is NO. We will increase the fee after our roll out period but your lease fee is guaranteed to remain the same for the life of your service agreement.
Q: Am I locked into a long-term service agreement?
A: No, we are. Seriously, your introductory monthly lease is on a month-to-month basis with no cancellation penalties; however, we guarantee your $99 lease fee for the life of your service agreement so really we are the ones locked into a long-term service agreement.
Q: Don't you make money on the 5 cents per minute long distance charge?
A: How much money can we make on 5 cents a minute? Once you know that your per minute charge has two parts; 2.5 cents a minute to our routing computer and then 2.5 cents per minute back to you I think you'll see we make our $ on the shared use monthly lease and not inflated per minute charges like other companies.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, a one-year lease prepayment will afford you two free month's service.
Q: I am afraid you will take the number away from me once I start using it.
A: The only way you can lose the use of your 1-888-Rapid-Cash phone number is if you do not pay the lease or we receive excessive consumer complaints about your business practices. That's it.
